If you might be interested in joining us for future sessions, then come out and have a guided tour with us this Spring! All tours are free and we encourage you to bring whoever you feel is necessary to see the building with you. A fellow homeschool mom, children who would be interested in seeing the building before you sign up, or a partner who is making this decision with you! You will get to meet with a hive representative, tour the campus, and ask questions about the membership, co-op, and more!

Please note that we will be meeting in front of the annex building behind the Our Lady of Mercy Church, at 44 Lake St. Le Roy, NY

What to expect

A guided tour with the hive collective will start by introducing you to the representative of the hive that will be escorting you around the campus. They will explain what a typical day at the hive looks like; how classes are structured, what classes we have, and an overall picture of the co-op on any given day. After a brief overview, you will be able to see what the classrooms look like, our security protocols that have been established, and how the children get from room to room. Once you’ve seen the layout of the building and gotten an idea of what you might expect to see at the co-op, this would be a great time to ask questions of your representative.

A Few Things to Note

Please understand that classes will be going on during your tour. While we will be able to show you what is happening, we will try not to disturb the classes. Also, as part of our security protocol, we will not be allowing visitors to enter the classrooms while the children are in the room. Thank you for your understanding.

  1. Please arrive on time

In order to have the tour run smoothly, we would appreciate it if visitors would arrive promptly for their tour. In order to ensure that the tour does not exceed the time frame we’ve allotted for it, we will be starting no later than 5 minutes past the booking time.

  1. Bring the family!

If you feel as though your family would benefit from seeing the building with you, please feel free to bring them with you. Children are welcome, provided they are capable of staying with their guardian!

One Final Mention

Unfortunately, the building we are in does not have ramp access. The only way into the building is via stairs with a railing. If you need assistance bringing in strollers/wagons to your tour, please send us an email at collective@thehiveco-op.com or fill out a contact form on our website www.thehiveco-op.com as soon as you are aware that you may need assistance. This way we can have someone available.

Again, Welcome!

Thank you so much for choosing to visit us at the hive co-op! We hope you see how wonderful it is. Our membership is so proud of this community; we could not be more blessed than we are with our members. We hope you feel the warming, cooperative, and fun atmosphere that we all do when we arrive on Mondays!
